Reporting infringement

If you believe content on SeshList infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice through the Legal Contact page. Include identification of the work, the location on SeshList, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.

Our response

We review valid notices and may remove or restrict the content involved. We may also remove content that misuses brand identity or product imagery, and may terminate repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice through the Legal Contact page with the required information.
